On Tuesday, 24th February, Fr Joseph celebrated his first solemn Mass of Thanksgiving on his home island, Walis, just off the coast of PNG near Wewak.  A crowd of us went over from wewak for the great occasion, which saw just about everyone on the island, and the neighbouring island of Tarawai, took part.  Here are just a few pictures of the great celebration.

Congratulations to Father Joseph and to you all on this auspicious occasion. I came to the website to try and reconnect to the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary which I joined under Br James Threadgold OP RIP and have now dropped out of the communication circuit. Could you please send me information on how to receive the communications? I think the website is great and Fr Wallace's photos super. I met him at Lismore NSW (where I was teaching Catechetics with his sister in law Loana Wallace.)
