SEVEN SVD SEMINARIANS RENEW THEIR EVANGELICAL VOWS (29TH MAY, 2011)

DIVINE WORD COLLEGE CELEBRATES HER FEASTDAY ON THE 25TH MARCH 2011 IN THE HOLY SPIRIT SEMINARY CHAPEL

On the 18th of June, Fr Franco Zocca SVD, the Provincial Coordinator for the Missiological Education and Research (MER) spoke beautifully to the members of the Hiri District on ASPAMIR- Asia Pacific Association of Mission Researchers. Present in the Divine Word College were the SVD Priests, Brothers and SVD Fraters.

The celebration was preceded by a solemn Morning Prayer and followed by the Eucharistic celebration at 5.00PM and community dinner. Present were the SVD Priests, Brothers, Seminarians and the Sister Servants of the Missionaries of the Holy Spirit (SSPs). The theme chosen for this special day was “Humility, Simplicity, Prayer and Sacrifice”.
